Sustainability

RAI Amsterdam has a sustainability plan called the Corporate Social Responsibility programme which focuses on four key areas including looking at minimising the environmental impact of their venue. To read more about RAI Amsterdam’s action plan please click here.  

Alongside this, RAI Amsterdam are also developing a service model called ‘Sustainability as a Service’ which looks at reducing the overall carbon footprint by working with the organisers and exhibitors.  

We use an Eco-Booth shell scheme in order to reduce our environmental impact. Eco-Booth can be recycled time and time again due to them being made of pure materials making them durable. Eco-Booth also offers storage cabinets and extra visuals made out of the same sustainable materials.  

We have also chosen to use LED lighting which uses the least amount of power and allows exhibitors to unplug our equipment at the end of each night to reduce consumption. 

We produce a Sustainability and waste policy which is included in the online exhibitor Zone and circulated with exhibitors more than 3 months from the event to allow them to plan accordingly/ Our Environmental Sustainability Policy also outlines Montgomery Group’s commitment to reducing Greenhouse Gas emissions and reducing our carbon footprint, both within our organisation and in the vents we deliver.
