In the lead-up to the Independent Hotel Show, we travelled across Europe to explore the hospitality trends for 2025. This year we're focusing on the overarching theme of Refining Luxury. The demand for luxury is growing, especially among new generations, but there is a need for a more personal, meaningful, sustainable and social form of luxury.
