Ajay Kapur grew up in a hospitality family business, graduated at Hotelschool The Hague and obtained his MBA at the University of Amsterdam. He gained over 15 years of business experience in the field of Marketing, Sales and Management. 

During his 12  years of experience as a lecturer and manager at Hotelschool The Hague, he has been involved in courses on marketing, innovation and leadership. He has done research on the role of hotels in adding value to local communities. Currently he is an independent consultant in leadership in hospitality education and student journey thinking (www.kapurconsulting.com).
