Liset Bom is (almost) born and raised in Hotel de Sterrenberg in Otterlo. After completing the Higher Hotel School in Leeuwarden, she started working at her parents' hotel. A few years later, she and her brother took over the management of the hotel from their parents. Her brother oversees the technical aspects, while Liset handles the operations. Her first significant milestone has been achieved: winning the Dutch Hotel Awards in 2023.
