As an optimistic and dynamic leader, I held various strategic positions during my 14 years at Hilton Worldwide and was a member of their sustainability committee. I transformed businesses, leveraged the unique talents of those around me, and built high performing teams that delivered results and celebrated success together. I am passionate about sustainability and committed to inspire others to embrace change and pursue growth. This passion has driven me to lead the global operations and expansion of the Hotels for Trees foundation while simultaneously working on an exciting new project focused on accelerating the sustainable transformation of the hospitality industry.
Hotels for Trees was launched mid-2021 and contributes directly to a greener hotel world. A hotel world in which one new tree is planted each time a guest chooses to skip the daily room cleaning. The impact of this green choice can already be seen on the Hotels for Trees website the very next day and directly contributes to (re-)forestation projects across the globe. The foundation now partners with 250 hotels across 35 countries, with the shared goal of planting one million trees annually by 2026.
