Based in Amsterdam, Jan leads the Netherlands Hotels team. With over 20 years of experience in hotel real estate, Jan’s role within CBRE ensures that all business lines are represented and that clients are fully serviced. Jan is actively involved in all assignments within the business unit, but particularly specializes in Development and Brokerage. Prior to joining CBRE in December 2013, he was founder and manager of Bricks & Brains, hotel real estate consulting in Amsterdam. In this position he gained extensive experience in advising real estate investors, owners, developers, municipalities and hotel companies about the hotel market and hotel operations.
