As the editor-in-chief of Entree Magazine, Iris, together with her colleagues, focuses on the development of the magazine, online channels, and the Entree Awards. "I admire entrepreneurs who consistently surprise and manage to provide constant quality despite sometimes challenging circumstances. The hospitality industry is vibrant, and it's a privilege to be engaged with it every day." Iris enjoys visiting New York, London, Paris, and Antwerp to explore new hospitality establishments and hopes that solo dining will eventually also gain popularity in the Netherlands.
