Evy De Groote is originally from Knokke-Heist, but for the last few years she has been living in Bruges, where - when she is not working somewhere in the field - she works from her co-working space.With the latter city Evy was already familiar, as she followed her passion for the hotel industry with a Bachelor Hotel Management at Hogeschool VIVES. For her hotel internship, she moved to Munich. Subsequently, she also chose the Hochschule of the Bavarian capital for her (completely in German) Master in Hospitality. In that study, she became particularly fascinated by the real estate branch. Evy was already fulfilling that dream initially as a working student at the globally active American real estate consultant JLL.Despite the positive experiences, after a total of 4 years in Munich, she decided to return to Belgium. Here she was initially able to further develop herself professionally in the world of real estate as a research analyst at CBRE. Then she encountered limehome, who was looking for a suitable person for expansion in the Netherlands. Evy has been working for limehome for more than 3 years and is now expansion manager for the whole Benelux.
