His career has spanned 20+ years across multiple regions steering owners, investors, strategists and operators. Currently co-owner of hipster spot Kafe Kontrast – A cool Scandinavian Indonesian Restaurant in De Pijp Amsterdam whilst being a Director of F&B for Ennismore.
